- Shipped a production self-service AI pipeline platform on AWS with configurable ingestion, extraction, and multi-provider LLM support over PDF/HTML, enabling 2,000+ non-technical analysts across 5 global offices to build custom RAG workflows on 1,000+ financial documents.
- Cut financial data-collection turnaround from a 5-week JSON build-and-test cycle to under a minute; adopted by 2 teams now extending the platform, and endorsed by senior leadership as the foundation for a document tagging and search tool.
- Reduced rule authoring from 2 weeks to 2 minutes on a production data-validation engine governing financial data quality, refactoring the Vue frontend to cut duplicate code and load times and shipping a guided wizard over FastAPI/MySQL endpoints validated by golden datasets.

- Built the Python dependency-analysis engine for an enterprise Policy as Code compliance framework, parsing formal GDPR rule definitions to map inter-rule dependencies and expose ordering constraints for automated regulatory verification.
- Translated GDPR regulatory language into formal, machine-checkable specifications and documented rule semantics for the tooling used to audit PII-handling software.
